From the moment we arrived at Pretoria Hotel, we were greeted with warmth and efficiency, making our late check-in a breeze with documents and keys seamlessly arranged beforehand. the spacious room, complete with not one, but two balconies, offered a breathtaking view of Potenza's old town. the attentive staff, fluent in English, provided excellent dining recommendations in the area, while the included breakfast showcased a delightful array of savory and sweet options.
